Choosing the right strength

If you’re a smoker or a vaper, it’s important to know that the nicotine strengths of nic pouches has no correlation to what you currently smoke or vape.So if you’re a first time user, we recommend starting off with the lowest strength (6mg).Once you have built up a familiarity with the sensation a lower strength pouch gives you, try the next strength up if you feel your nicotine cravings are not being suppressed.
